I received my Birchbox subscription as a birthday gift two years ago. I kept it up because I loved getting a personalized box of beauty products each month. It was like a mini Christmas every month. I love shopping in the online Birchbox shop. My counter is full of items that I have purchased from Birchbox. They have awesome customer support. I'm always satisfied when I have to contact them with questions. I have and will continue to recommend Birchbox to my friends and family.

Very happy with my BB experience. I have solicited customer service on one occasion for a promo code that would not work properly & the service person I spoke with was excellent, meeting all my requests & expectations. I would highly recommend BB to anyone & already have 1 friend who has joined on my recommendation. Please keep up the great work!!

In the year plus I've had my subscription, I think I've recieved to samples I didn't really care for. I was never into buying beauty products until I started my service. I look forward to it every month, and for only ten dollars, it's the greatest money I spend every month.
