I love getting Birchbox every month!

I have been a subscriber for a couple of years now and I love it! I've discovered so many wonderful products and it's great to try before I buy. I've referred several friends and we end up trading samples with each other. The rewards program is very generous, and their customer service is fantastic! What's not to love?

My experience with birchbox has been a good one. I've been a subscriber for four years and always look forward to my monthly box. I shop for products at their website several times a month and its easy to navigate,delivery of products is prompt and anytime I've had an issue or a question they have always been prompt courteous and professional! I love birchbox!!!

I adore Birchbox... I anxiously await my new box all month and the day it arrives is pretty much like Christmas!!!! It's my 'go-to gift' and I can't tell you how many new products are now in my daily routine thanks to exploring different options! Keep the fun coming!

I've been a BB subscriber for about two years and really enjoy the products they offer. Their website is easy to navigate. They always have great promotions and deals going on to help me maximize my dollar. I've found great new brands I would have never seen in other shops and I feel like I always get a good value spending my money at Birchbox. Whenever I've had an issue, their customer service specialists are prompt in resolving my problem. They make it easy to get things taken care of and seem to genuinely be interested in helping me. Overall I'm a huge fan of Birchbox and the the way they do business!

Every time I have dealt w/ BB CS it has been the BEST experience compared w/ any other CS out there! BB CS is so Friendly, forgiving for our own mistakes and generous.

Birchbox's monthly samples are great. I've found a few new products that are being bought regularly. Even better, they have a point system that works and rewards you even for doing things like reviewing your samples (good or bad). Shipping is prompt and everything is packed well. They also have regular sales and specials with shipping.

I absolutely adore Birchbox. I love my subscription, shipping through the site and the products. I think the "Birchbox Breakdowns" are wonderfully helpful descriptions. I've gifted subscriptions to my sisters and will do so again this Christmas. I've also referred friends. They love it as well! I have only needed customer service once, maybe twice for questions but I got immediate and very helpful responses. The customer-oriented policies male for a fantastic experience. The only downside I've found is that prices are often a bit higher than other beauty websites. If I have enough points, I can offset the difference but otherwise...
