I have been using Birchbox for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. I love that I can earn AND redeem points on all orders. The few times I've had an issue, it's been with redeeming a promo code and I've always been able to get quick assistance via online chat. I have been introduced to quite a few new products that I would not have tried otherwise. There are a few things that I do wish Birchbox would carry - mainly Aquage (Uplifting Foam) and Pureology.

I had an issue recently when a free item added to my order with a promo code didn't actual show up on my order after I completed my order. I contacted the customer service department via e-mail immediately. I received a response within a half hour of sending my request. The problem was resolved and received my free item. The customer service rep was very professional and understood my problem. In the past I have had other issues with orders and the Birchbox staff has always come through. I have the highest praise for this staff.

Yes, it is true I have Birchbox love. Each month is such a pleasant surprise. Receiving high quality products, delightfully packaged..even the way my box is addressed to me...makes me feel ultra special. I have never been disappointed! I strongly recommend Birchbox..if not for yourself then send a package to a friend, daughter, coworker, etc.. Always you will be guaranteed a smile..and feel quite special as well!

Not only is Birchbox a great way to try out an array of fun beauty samples, their customer service is top notch. I have contacted them with a simple complaint before and they went out of their way to rectify the very small problem I had. If for any reason their customers are not completely satisfied, they will make sure they are in the end.
