I was hesitant at first to subscribe to Birchbox (I didn't see the point in "tiny" samples) but for only $10 a month, I couldn't resist trying it out. So glad I did! Samples are not as small as I thought they would be, many of them lasting for a long time. The varied samples I get, along with the explanations on how to use them are perfect. It's always a fun surprise to see what I have each month. I've learned a lot about skincare/makeup application thanks to the videos on birchbox.com. I've taken to purchasing all of my skincare/makeup products almost exclusively from Birchbox, as their prices are always fair and the point system cannot be beat (100 points equals $10? Yes, please!). Shipping is always really quick, too. Packages are easy to track, and I'm thrilled every time when I get them!

Love getting my birchboxes in the mail. Every box is filled with great products that by the end of their use I usually buy a few items every time. I haven't been disappointed.

I had a makeup consultation with Amanda in the Soho store and she was awesome! She took time to explain all the steps of everything from skin care to makeup and gave me detailed demonstration on how to use all the different products. She also worked with some of what was already in my makeup bag and showed me how I can mix up my usual routine a little bit. I bought 3 items after the consultation but at no point did I feel pressure to buy anything! Highly recommend if you are looking to pick up a few new items or just trying to learn how to make better use of what is already in your make-up bag!

I love birchbox, but I'm not a huge fan of the subscription service itself. The points and shop are the real reason I stay. I try the sampled products, reveiw, get $5 dollars store credit in "points", buy other stuff, get more points, hit a promo and get more points ( you see where this is going ^^ ). Add to all of the points madness, I have free shipping and items are always tax free. (buying gifts for out of town relatives is now Way easier and cost effective - and did I mention there are points to be had?)

Love birch box. Great company to do business with. I buy all my beauty needs here.
