I love getting surprising stuff every month

This company has blown me away with their level of exemplary customer service. I had an issue with getting a product that had already been opened and they sent out a new one immediately. I felt like they genuinely cared.

I thoroughly enjoy receiving my goodies every month from Birchbox! It has also provided me with the opportunity to try products I would not have otherwise tried! I have purchased many items i have tried b cause I ended up loving the products! The customer service is also amazing if you ever have a problem with your full size product shipments! I gave the gift of Birchbox for Christmas last year and will do so again this year!

I really enjoy Birchbox. I look forward to receiving my box each month ... I can't wait to get off work on the day that I know it will arrive. A little something to lbrighten the day. I love the high quality of their products. It it is nice to be able to sample high end products and, if impressed, purchase the product with confidence.

I've been a Birchbox member for over a year now- and have loved every second of it! It's a fun concept. Getting a box of makeup samples every month is like a gift to myself. Because of Birchbox, I've found so many new products that I absolutely love. I never would have found them without the subscription service. The prices for full size items are very reasonable and always ship very quickly. They also have amazing customer service- which is pretty rare. I got to test out a pilot program to receive full size products each month, along with my samples. So it was fun being a customer, and also being able to help test concepts for the company.

There are ways to get points (by reviewing products, referring friends) which end up being great deals!! There are also lots of opportunities to use promo codes and save money. I love receiving the monthly subscription with samples of new products to try, and I have discovered some of my favorite products this way!
