Good samples - I keep getting full size samples too! Brilliant service, quick postage and great rewards!

I live four hours from the nearest Sephora, so Birchbox is IT when it comes to skincare and makeup for me that doesn't come from a drugstore and I've reached the age where I want the best stuff that WORKS! Occasionally there are order snafus, but Birchbox always handles them with grace and makes things right. Really the best customer service of any online merchant I've ever dealt with.

I have been with Birchbox since 2012 and I am still just as in love as day one. I have upgraded many of my beauty products because of Birchbox's great finds! I recommend it to everyone

i absolutely love Birchbox; getting new samples each month of products that pertain to me is an awesome way of getting to try new products/brands without having to purchase and then waste money because you don't like or you can buy because you love them! Birchbox is always sending great offers to make those purchases easier on your checkbook and you for every 10 products you reveiw, you get $10 off your next order! Awesome!!

Great concept. Love the fact i can try things and then purchase if I love them. Fabulous, customer support (for shipping issues, hints and tricks on what to do and how to use products). Love the point system and specials that entice me to try new things without spending a fortune.

I've been having fun with my boxes. I think it's like christmas every month. The points system is good. Once i order a product and i never receive it. The customer service was helpful and they made sure i got my product. And i got my product quickly.

I'm a recent customer and must say I'm very happy with Birchbox. I'm always looking for good beauty products and the the samples prevent buying mistakes. I'm already a customer of two new brands (Supergoop, Marcelle) that Birchbox carries. I do hope that Birchbox features more natural and unfragranced products because that is my preference. I give the samples I don't want to try to my coworkers,daughter and nieces. I love the beautiful little boxes and how carefully they are wrapped.All my purchases arrive promptly and in excellent condition.
