Many times I’ve received repeat products

Some of the products I don’t use. Lip liner, I don’t use. Tan saver, no tan ! Otherwise it was nice.

I signed up for a year, gotten four boxes and hated everyone of them. I thought I was signing up for cosmetics, perfume, etc. 98% of the products are hair products and the rest is crap. Just about everything gets thrown in the trash. a perfume sample, a facial cream, and a hair product. I couldn’t have been more wrong or more disappointed. I have been a customer of Birchbox for years now, and I am a huge fan - However, the other day my credit card expired and my bank sent me a new one - So I had to go in the app to change the details, which was a very slow and painful process. I was not allowed to 'delete' the card or 'add a new one' - So I had to edit the current one (which was a Visa) and add the new card details (which is a mastercard) - It is still showing Visa... I cannot change it and it made *multiple* £0.01 charges into my account?? It would just be way easier if you could offer direct debit options since it is a subscription and I do not want to deal with changing the card details all the time or being charged multiple times for the same item. Would make both of our lives easier (:

At first I was excited to subscribe to Birchbox because I would be getting samples every month. I was previously with another company and had a bad experience with a double account that I couldn’t cancel so that’s why I decided to try this. However, I am not very happy with the very small samples I get - and I mean samples - as in not full-size products, and most of them I don’t even care to use. Many of them are related to the hair and I don’t get many make up samples. After several months of this I just decided to stop the subscription. I feel for $16 a month I could buy two full sizes of something on Amazon and get free shipping and be happier then with five samples that don’t amount to much. I think the best thing about it is the pretty box.

This is my first time subscribing to a monthly box program. I work hard everyday and saw ads for Birchbox and decided to treat myself. I always look forward to receiving my box but I feel like I pay $15 monthly for a tiny little tube of something I can only use barely once. Sometimes the sample is so small, it's not even enough for one application. The boxes are beautiful. I really like the idea of getting a little treat every month, but although $15 doesn't seem like a lot to most, it is to me and I Don't want to feel like all I'm getting is a tiny mascara or a one time facial cleanser that contains barely enough to cleanse my face once! Battling with if I should renew my subscription.

I dislike the fact that you can’t phone birch box, I’ve searched high and low for a phone number, there just isn’t one, I did try sending them a message which they completely ignored, in the meantime I managed to get the problem sorted out myself. I have received my march birch box, I’ve also watched a few unboxing videos for this month box, some of the things in mine aren’t in any of the others by the look of it, being totally blind I haven’t got a clue what to some of the things are! One item in thereis particularly mysterious, the packaging is dreadful, it’s just in to plastic bags, it feels like a block of something that’s a bit flaky! Not very nice! The other items don’t seem too bad, I’ve got the bronzer, the John Frieda product, the mask, the perfume sample and something else that I can’t remember at the moment, I would recommend a Birchbox but I’d like to see better products in next month box

The idea of the men's Birchbox is great and I get some really high quality products to try without breaking the bank. Sometime the samples are a little too small to get a good feeling for how they really work.
