After ordering a couple of items from birchbox, I patiently awaited for my package. Unfortunately it never showed up. I spoke with UPS and all they could say was that they had no idea what happened to my package. So I contacted birchbox and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. They shipped me another package I am greatful that it was taken care of right away. I definitely did not get the run around like I did with UPS!

I have been receiving Birchbox for 6 months now, and even though I don't regularly wear a lot of makeup, or use a ton of beauty products daily, I love this service! You are able to customize what you receive to a degree, so you receive products to try that are relevant to your needs. And on the occasion you receive an item you didn't think you would want, you sometimes luck out, like I did, with a perfume sample that has ended up being an all time favorite! It made me start wearing perfume again! I have had the opportunity to sample so many products I never even knew existed!!! There were a couple of occasions that I had to ask for help when I forgot to apply a discount, and forgot to add something to my cart before checking out. Their customer service is outstanding!!! They replied to my requests very quickly, and handled the situation right away, without question! I live in a small town and do a lot of online shopping - customer service at Birchbox is among the best! I would recommend this service to anyone who wants an inexpensive and fun way to sample all kinds of "beauty" products!!!

Being new to Birchbox, I was prepared for a challenge when an item I purchased broke as I was removing the packaging. I emailed my concern, and quickly received a call. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a speedy replacement! I appreciate the service, the products, and the offers for additional products.

I got birchbox as a gift from my girls and it has been so fun. A treat a month is a nice gift. When there were problems with a sample birchbox fixed the issue immediately. I just love getting a gift from my girls (birchbox) every month. Its a nice thank you from them.

This subscription has introduced me to some of the best products I've ever tried. Being a Caribbean American who has returned to growing out my naturally curly hair in the last 2 yrs, finding products that work was quite a challenge, both to my wallet and my patience. The products have so far, by far, exceeded my expectations and I've purchased several full size versions of the items I've received. I've referred friends and look forward to the new and great products that the birchbox team finds.

Birchbox is a genius idea and I am thrilled to have learned about them. Every month is a new adventure. I love Looking forward to that box and I get especially excited when I get a free sample that I GET TO CHOOSE! They are also always sending me coupons so I would never need to buy anything full price. Definitely worth the $10 a month.
