It's great to get a box of surprises every month. My only critique is for the price sometimes it seems like we should get more . But I do enjoy what I get

I have enjoyed most of the products and being able to try different products.

I enjoy the products but wish for more variety in them. Sometimes the same products are offered every other month. I would also like cleaner products.

I really enjoy Birch Box and all the amazing products that they offer each month to sample. I am always impressed with the variety of the different products. My one main complaint is that i will immediately log on to select the products for my box and inevitably they are out of the product. It has happened several times and this is on the first day of selection. I do enjoy Birch Box and will continue as it’s always exciting when you receive your box in the mail!

I’ve been enjoying it so far! The only thing, I feel like there are months were it’s a miss, like this previous one for example, where I selected more lipsticks because there were less options. But when there are good and varied options, I enjoy!

Are Birchbox still in business? I’ve messaged them three times as I have still not received my March box. I have sent three messages to the online chat function and have had no reply and I have emailed twice but no reply to anything Just wanted to update that Birchbox have been in touch and have sent the missing box out and apologised for the delay x

I am modifying my review. The website seems problematic when you try to manage two subscriptions from the same device, so I am canceling one of them.
