I gave always received great products from birchbox, I would recommend them to everyone. I even got my mother to join and she's 75!!

I have quite a few subscription boxes but the rewards program for this one is by far my favorite. You get points for reviewing products or purchasing items through their shop and then you get to use the points to buy anything in the shop. There is such a wide selection of things to choose from to get with your points it is great. I also have no complaints about the quality of products I receive.

I like trying samples of products I would normally only buy if a friend referred it to me. So far I have bought something out of almost every box!

Love my Birchbox, I've had to contact customer service twice and they were prompt and fixed the issue right Away!!

I love receiving and trying all the samples. There are too many dry shampoo samples though. Not a fan of that anyway...I've received three so far and haven't used them. Would love more neutral colors for lip samples. I like the samples I've received just not the colors. I've purchased some of the samples I've tried. It 's a great way to find out what works for me and what doesn't. The videos are great too. There was one though where there were two ladies speaking and the background music was too loud I couldn't really hear them. I'm really glad I signed up! I got my best friend a 3 month subscription. Thank you. Keep up the great samples...less dry shampoo ;)

I enjoy getting samples in the mail every month. They are products I use, and I like doing the reviews on them so I earn points toward a full size purchase.

I look forward to receiving my box each month. In fact, I stopped looking at the preview so I would be surprised. I have never gotten an item that I cannot use.

There have been so few times when I've had any issue, but the couple of times that I have, Birchbox has far exceeded my expectations in friendliness and customer service.
