They always have something new to try out. I like getting the monthly box with small samples to try out before I purchase the full size.

I have loved this company sense my very first box. It's so awesome getting to try new samples every month. I have been so pleased I got my Husband Birchbox Man for Christmas and has used an loved everything as well.

I look forward to getting my Birchbox every month. I've discovered some products that I love. There have been a few that haven't been as great or relevant to me, but I just pass them on to a friend. It's still fun to get the package either way. As far as customer service, I've had a great experience working with Birchbox. I placed an order for a full size brow pencil (I had received the trial in my monthly box and loved it.). But I place the order for the wrong color. I emailed the company and told them what I had done. They fixed the situation for me immediately, above and beyond what I was expecting. Overall, my experience with Birchbox has been amazing!

I love opening my new box each month. There is always 3-4 items that I would buy again.

I never thought this would be a type of service I could use but I was wrong! There are enough options that even finicky people (or those with rosacea and sensitive skin like I do) can find eye opening products. And the video tips for using the products really come in handy and have improved the way I do my face right from the start. A warning though: at the beginning, you may get really excited about all the add-ons and specials available to ship in addition to your monthly sample and order a bunch of stuff you don't really need. That's when it's good to have a friend to share the stuff with. The consumer reviews are helpful, especially if you sort from worst to best. You need never feel bad giving a less than glowing review. And the points you accumulate from reviews, purchases, etc add up faster than you'd think, which gives you discounts faster than you'd believe. Really cool concept well implemented.

Product samples are great value. Varying manufactures and nice fair sized samples. In general, Birchbox is easy to figure out how rating samples and collecting points works. It's fun to get samples of products that I could never normally afford. I will be a member for a long time!
