My experience with Birchbox thus far has been nothing short of amazing. I've sent questions via email and they been answered almost immediately. I've gifted three gift subscription so far and everyone is just as pleased as I've been with the level of product and service. The business plan itself is a great concept and it's something that really does make a great gift for someone that you just don't know what to get for or someone you think would like to be pampered a little bit .

I have enjoyed the Birchbox experience from day 1. Customer support has been extremely helpful and fun to work with! I love Birchbox so much, I have gifted subscriptions this holiday season. I am thrilled with Birch Box's customer service. A few weeks ago, I had ordered some full-size items from the website that were somehow lost by UPS. UPS said that they weren't liable for the items because the package was marked as "delivered." I was very upset, as I had spent almost $100 and never actually received my products. I contacted Birch Box, expecting them to say they were not liable, but was very pleasantly surprised. Liz, the customer service representative, was great! She took care of everything in a prompt, friendly manner and resent the items to my work address. I was so surprised and SO happy with Birch Box's customer service. Great people - I would recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work, BB!
