My honest experience is that Birchbox really cares about their customers; they aren't just here to sell products. If you feel something is wrong they will make it right. They are extraordinarily impressive for a company, and I have to say I've never experienced that before in any, and that keeps me here as a customer and a likely free spokesperson for how great this company is. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences, and that keeps me coming back. Birchbox knows their stuff, they have a handle on what they're doing and I think that's absolutely genius.

I have purchased 5 subscriptions and all were requested as gifts. One was a resubscription. I love this subscription, too. High quality and very reliable samples. A big hit.

I am loving everything about Birchbox! For starters, it's just plain fun to get a box of customized goodies in the mail. Additionally, since I live in a very rural area, it's really inconvenient to get to a decent retailer to buy decent beauty products. So the convenience is HUGE to me. When I ran into a problem ordering a product through the Birchbox app, I was able to easily contact their team and the issue was resolved in no time. Absolutely everything about Birchbox has met--and often exceeded--my expectations. Just purchased a gift subscription for a friend for Christmas because I was so impressed and believe she will be too!

I have no complaints about service or products recurved from Birchbox. I have always been happy with any transaction. 😊

I am very happy with my Birchbox subscription so far. It has been six months and I love all the samples. There have been a few special products that I will purchase from now on. I would have never learned of these products on my own. I especially appreciate how you can earn points! Great idea! Keeps me coming back. Thanks Birchbox!

I really have enjoyed my experience with Birchbox. The products are wonderful and the few times I've needed customer support help, they were right there to help. I like the points program too and love taking advantage of all the perks that the ACE program offers.

If your like me and have no clue what's trending in beauty (I'm in the process of learning, lol) I highly recommend subscribing to Birchbox. Lots of cool products that I find myself searching for at the stores.

They have great customer service. They helped me out with a shipment issue and were on top of the situation within that day. I love the products and the tailored stuff I receive. My only concern is that when I update my profile to how I want my box to be tailored, they would look at it so I wouldn't receive certain types of products anymore. I have found my favorite brand for face care through Birchbox.
