My overall experience was really good. It just seemed to take along time for shipping.

I get so excited each month for my sample box!! I've gotten several dry shampoos which honestly I don't care for but for 10$ u really can't beat that deal. 5-6 decently sized sample products each month and based on your profile. I've found so many products that I now can't live without! Thanks birchbox!!!

I really enjoy using Birchbox. I think it is a great model to get to try beauty supply samples before I purchase an expensive full size item. I have learned about and now love many new brands through Birchbox. I also like that I can earn points for my purchases. I basically buy all my beauty supplies from Birchbox now because there is a benefit for me doing so. I like getting the coupon codes as well, but it really bugs me that I can't use more than one coupon code at a time. This month I had my birthday and got a special code for money off, but I also got emailed other codes that were intriguing as well. I have to be very strategic about my purchases to make sure I am using the best coupon code since I can only use one per purchase, and many have minimum spending requirements. I think I am a very loyal customer and spend a lot of money at Birchbox, so I think I deserve to use more than one coupon code at once, or for there to be some other way to get discounts. Besides that, my only other complaint would be that there have been several times that I wanted to purchase a favorite product but it was sold out. That has a silver lining though because the website suggested something similar and I found another product that I love.

I am about to receive my third Birchbox and so far, I'm glad I signed up. I did so because I had been using the same beauty routine and products for about 20 years and wanted an affordable way to try new things and be a little adventurous. Birchbox has definitely delivered. The only disappointment is that when I went to order a full-size version of this month's featured product, it was out of stock. When Birchbox really pushes a product hard, they should prepare by overstocking in anticipation of the demand.

I love my monthly birchbox. I'm set to renew for my 5th year starting next month. The boxes are pretty great most of the time, and no one beats the points system they have. The customer service is absolutely amazing as well. Even if the problem takes a day or two to hear back from, it's always top notch, and I always feel like the customer service reps truly care when I've run into any type of disappointment. Birchbox has been my one and only true beauty box. I wouldn't dare go to ipsy or any of the others. My only real gripe is how long it takes for my box to get to California. Currently, my box shipped on the 5th, and won't be here until the 18th or 19th. I can get a USPS package from here to NY in 3 days, but my BB takes much longer than that. It's excruciating for the wait sometimes, and that includes my normal orders too, and not just the monthly box. Other than that, I love it. I've recommended a few friends who joined too, one very recently, and they all feel the same. My husband also gets his box too, and loves the lifestyle items.

I like birchbox. Customer service is fast and friendly, I love the reward program, and I love following on social media. There are a few things I think could be done better, but nothing to gripe about. I'm a bb advocate and constantly suggest it to friends and family.

Service was great and quick-- but I wonder if it was too quick as I had to follow up to correct issues that were laid out in the first email I sent. I questioned if my first communication was thoroughly read or not. Ultimately though, the problem was solved and solved quickly.
