Received a 3 month subscription as a gift (already paid for) and they sent two boxes but not the third month. Won’t respond to emails.

Tenía mejores expectativas con respecto a los productos, no lo recomendaría ya que con ese dinero creo que puedes comprar cosas más grandes y que se adhieren más al gusto personal, aún así tampoco está tan mal si quieres darte un capricho una vez al año o así...

Not worth the money, and does not honor its offers...I do NOT recommend...Believe the reviews..I got broken products and duplicates..cancelled immediately!!

Twice I have not received it my products. Once for my November box and they stated the would send me an extra box for January. The second time was an order I placed on Black Friday weekend. This order was for Davines milk conditioner and a full box of Oribe products. I received my Oribe box right away but have not received my Davines and I am now on my third email to BB and only get an auto response back. No one is personally responding to me. VERY POOR

Very frustrated that after commited to a year subscription I am getting a lot of repeat samples. I like variety which is the exact opposite of my recent experience. However, I was able to trade the box for points to use toward full size products in the store.

Just the facts: 10/22 haven't received my box OR my full size order that I ordered on 9/27 and was debited for on 10/1. After several attempts to reach them I got one email 5 days ago and they still couldn't tell me when I would get my product. 5 days later STILL no word. Can't talk to a human and Birchbox is not good at communicating. NO. I would not recommend Birchbox to my friends. (Enemies maybe! 😉)

I used to get Birchbox when I was younger and really enjoyed the novelty of it. Now subscribed for myself and have been very disappointed with the box I received. Reading reviews doesn't look as though the previous boxes have been any better. In my box I got an own-brand Birchbox bronzer - which wasn't anything special and wasn't the right colour. I got a lip balm that was full size but only worth £3 at sale value. I got a hair mask (I have synthetic dreadlocks so have no use for this, and did say that on my customise section). I got a tester of some perfume which I assume was free, and then a moisturiser. All in all I think my box would've cost myself £10 had I gone and bought the products myself. Which is not the point of the box. Delivery is poor and their website is hectic. I have unsubscribed and gone to Glossybox.

When I first started Birchbox I loved it. I like trying new things and I looked forward to seeing what I got. After 6 months I became a VIP member which has proven to be a waste of time and not seeing any benefits. Only seem to treat new customer rather than loyal ones. Cancelled my subscription but thought I'd give it another go for the January box because of my birthday but received nothing for my birthday and February's box has stuff I already have.
