I love Birch Box. No complaining

Easy to use system. I love getting great quality little samples every month. Only downside was I attempted to apply my points earned from purchases and reviews on a recent purchase. One click too far and I couldn't go back. I attempted to reach out via live chat and never heard from a representative to try and right the situation. Oh well. I hope I can apply the credit towards a future purchase.

I'm really enjoying my Birchbox experience. They have introduced me to a lot of new products that make me feel great about my skin. My only complaint is that the boxes aren't very customizable. I don't use perfume or hair styling products, yet I receive them regularly.

I love birchbox its like my birthday once a month. I love the variety of products and I have gotten to try a huge variety of brands. The only thing that could improve my monthly box would be if it was a little more customable . I really do buy the products I love and I have been looking for a Holy Grail mascara for 2 years and I would love to receive a new one each month until I found it. It would e the same for eye cream foundation face wash ect. ......or have more travel sizes for sale to sample till you find what you love. Other then that I am a huge fan

This is the first sample service I've tried and I've stuck with them. The price is reasonable and you earn redeemable points for actual products. I enjoy the sale promotions that are frequently run. It all adds more bang to my buck. One thing that did bother me is that every time I get a lipstick it comes broken, both from sample and full size sides. I may stick with Sephora for that, but otherwise I am happy. I've found some keepers here.

I love Birchbox but, after updateding my quiz several times I still continue to receive items I won't use in colors I'd never use. I know it's only $10 a month & to me that's pocket change but, I'd like to like the products I get & be able to use them. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I won't use.,

Disappointed with last months box... And billing when I first started. But other than that, I've gotten great products that I've used again and again!! And even sent some to my sister.

I love getting my subscription every month, as well as the ease of ordering through the website. My orders always arrive quickly. I just wish there were more coupons or % off opportunities.
