Same as previous reviews. Told my box was dispatched then it was 28th November then again this evening told it will be dispatched 3rd December. Quick enough to take money from people and then not bother sticking to delivery times. In the email it states because of Black Friday orders etc they can’t fulfill the allocated dispatch date.....solution is the company clearly cannot fulfill orders placed! First time using them and I’m not fussed at all, I run a business and delivering goods is part of that for myself to I understand a couple of days but 3 weeks?! Shame!!

I ordered two birch boxes as part of a Black Friday deal. On the 21st November I received an email to tell me my birch box had been dispatched and was on its way. On the 22nd I received an email telling me that there were delays in dispatching the boxes due to unexpected demand, and they could confirm that my boxes would be dispatched by EOD 28th November. Today (28th November) at 17:36 I’ve received yet another email, confirming that my boxes will be dispatched by the 3rd December!

I have used birchbox before and moved away from them due to the samples being quite small and deliveries becoming later and later. However they had this great offer 2 boxes for £5 - you can not go wrong with that. I have received an email confirming my order has been dispatched on the 21st November, an hour later I get an email that due to the large amount of orders the order will be delayed till 28th November, today I have received yet another email that there will be a further delay till 3rd December. Technically I will be receiving my November box in December. Potentially my December Glossybox will arrive sooner than those 2 boxes. Very disappointed

The worst. You order a box, receive nothing for a month, because they say they are “busy”. You can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, just an automated message that states their inbox is full. You send emails and messages through Facebook etc., don’t receive a reply back apart from the automated “you are important to us and sorry about the delay in getting back to you” lies. In the meantime whilst they are apologising and ignoring you, they are PROMOTING other boxes and deals, when they already can’t deal with the demand! How about you sort your already existing customers out rather than trying to make more money!

I honestly enjoyed getting my Birchbox until this month when they took the money and never sent my box. Blamed it on a warehouse error but still didn’t get anything despite taking my money. No replies to my emails and social media messages just get ignored. Sad to say but I will be cancelling and never recommending them to anyone.

They will take money before sending goods. Have tried cancelling but they still took the next months payment. Box not worth it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

BEWARE!!! Joined last month and never got the first box. Now they have taken ANOTHER £12.95 after I cancelled and still have never received anything! Their phone is never answered (always get an answerphone) and although I have left many messages, they have never returned my call. Poor service! They have had £25.90 of my money and never sent a box!

J'ai été débitée deux fois. Le service client me dit que c'est parce que j'ai deux comptes alors que pas du tout et on me donne toutes les données de la deuxième personne qui porte le même nom que moi (merci le respect des données personnelles des clients ) J'ai contacté l'autre cliente qui me dit avoir été debitee aussi. J'ai posé plusieurs questions au service client aucune réponse. Nul. Je me désabonne et franchement ne vous abonnez pas ça ne.vaut pas le coup.
