love half of the products that im being deliver ... the other hald im not to crazy I would like to see more make up in my box !

Simple and fast, and always a discount available for subscribers. Some of the items don't match my profiles but some are great lil finds. I've never had to contact birchbox with any issues, but am always encouraged to do so.

Very in time delivery and plenty of email notifications. It is a kind of "treat" to get new products every month. I signed up because I saw my college age daughter getting her Birchbox samples each month (that I them sent in to her in college). A friend of mine also found Birchbox from her 20- something daughter.

When I was missing my samples this month, I would have liked to get a full size of both instead of just a new box.

I actually really like their service , they always have a very quick answer as to purchase, all I see a little uncomfortable is that a long time coming , huh been signed to other pages and you are always the last to arrive

I really enjoy Birchbox. The point system is what makes Birchbox stand out from other subscription beauty boxes. The price is also great. There are many months I continue to get items/ colors that I would never use such as eyeshadow and lip sticks in purples, ect. Also, both my woman subscription and man box had many repeat items 3 months in a row. These little fixes would make this box almost perfect!
