Not received my December box yet. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Total waste of my time and money.

Disastrous.... ordered as a Black Friday deal, a month later I’m still waiting. The courier (Hermes) was useless, didn’t say when they were coming, no card left or pickup point option. Customer service at Birchbox shambolic. I emailed days ago and no reply. I just tracked the order and it’s gone back to sender. Thanks Birchbox, I’ve now got to go shopping for cracker beauty goodies for Xmas day tomorrow.

They suuuuuck. Ordered end of November hoping to recieve the December box. Not only was my order epically late they delivered the August box. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. NEVER AGAIN. Their customer service also doesn't respond to messages. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Shocking service. I did not receive my December box despite the funds being taken and when contacting them, they simply ignored my emails and refused to pick up the phone. I am yet to get this resolved I would strongly advise going for another subscription box such as Glossybox as they give much better samples - most of the ones in the birch box are basically empty. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

Tellement déçu du service après vente. On oublie un produit dans ma box jusqu’ici pas de pb je le signale on me dit que d’ici deux mois (!!!) je le recéperais bien sous plis séparé. 3mois plus tard tjs rien je relance le sav qui me dit oui dsl ca arrive choisissez un produit dans une mise on vous le renvoie j’en choisi on me dit ah dsl ct pas la bonne liste choisissez dans cette liste là (une bien plus pourrie vous l’aurez compris) vous l’aurez dans 2 mois Quand je dis que je suis pas contente, déçu etc la fille du support Toki répond comme un robot des paragraphes pré enregistrés. Jsuis dégoûtée plus jamais de box ni de produit chez eux vu comment ils méprisent les clients.

Ordered on November 22nd The Black Friday deal 2 boxes for £5. The boxes never arrived, after receiving emails that they were dispatched and confirmation of shipping on my account. After 3 emails to BIRCHBOX, and almost 4 weeks later I received a email saying my order was canceled and I would be refunded my money 14 days later!! What!? This company is a shambles!! By the time they refund my money They will have made hundreds of pounds off the interest accrued off the hundreds of orders that have not been fulfilled. This company is a total SHAME! They continue to offer products for sale but do not fullfil pre-existing orders! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If zero stars were possible it would be more suitable. I haven't received my November or December birchboxes and i've been waiting 2 weeks with no reply, yet they seem to have plenty of time to comment and post all over Facebook. No one ever seems to answer the phone either, I must have called about 100 times in total!

This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of speak with anyone. I am not on my 5th email along with 3 phone calls and I am yet to receive any communication other than automated messages. Very very poor. Such a shame when the actual product is so good.
