Every month I have looked forward to getting my birchbox but the last couple of months have been really disappointing :( I get too many string smelling hand creams I don't like, and the perfumes are not nice, I could build a child's play house out the amount of eye shadow brushes I have recieved. It's become so repetitive that I'm probably going to cancel unless the next box or two really wow me again. Everything else has been good!

So far boxes have been fun!! Would like to see fewer hair care products but everything else is great!!

Pretty good. Will like them to have a telephone line or maybe respond faster than 24h. But they have an aqesome costumer service.

I love getting new things to try and this is such an awesome way to do it. I think the app is a wee bit hard to navigate, but if you mess with it you can figure it out.

I really love birchbox. My boxes are always arrive on time and never damaged. Most of the time my products are amazing and other times they're not really relevant to me

I really like most of the items that come in my BIRCHBOX, I just wishing they were larger sizes. I subscribe to many other boxes and for the year 2016, I will be dropping some of my boxes. And I hate to say Birchbox may be one of them.You just don't get the product size, for the price that you pay for the box!

I so look forward to my monthly Birchbox. Having the opportunity to have a sneak peek and choose some of my samples is a great feature. I've tried so many new products that I would previously not have been exposed to. It is such fun!
