Me and my wife both ordered the Birchbox subscription with different settings and received the same little bitty 5 sample items in the box. $15 a month. Ridiculous. So my wife emailed them to let them know we weren’t happy and see what could be done. They expressed absolutely no concern or care what so ever. So I called. Same thing. So I requested my account canceled and the 2nd box refunded and stopped. ( they had charged me for my second box before even receiving the first!) they refused. Said I had to pay out the whole 6 months subscription. Said I wasn’t allowed to cancel my subscription at all no matter what, didn’t matter that we weren’t happy with the box. We have subscribed to most every box out there and this one is BY FAR WORST OF ALL OF THEM customer service is horrible and has no direct line to call them, products are cheap junk and value is non existent. Stay away.

Acabo de recibir el kit benefit que ofertan por 22,59€ ya que soy suscriptora, si no son 35€. Me parece una estafa en toda regla. Las muestras son más pequeñas que las típicas muestras que vende benefit en sus tiendas, eso quiere decir que por una muestra de la muestra me están cobrando 22,50€. Al margen de esta broma, llevo intentando darme de baja de la suscripción meses, pero cuando voy a hacerlo siempre me queda alguna caja pendiente (tengo suscripción trimestral) o no puedo hacerlo porque ya me han cobrado 3 meses más. No recomiendo estas cajas para nada, se ríen de la gente.

Me regalaron una suscripción de 2 meses 2×1 por 10,90€ y se supone que se puede dar de baja cuando quieres, pero llevo llamando a la atención de cliente y siempre me dejan en espera mas 15 min. Les he escrito y contestan siempre con el mismo correo. Han renovado la suscripción mensual por 21€ y no quiero que lo sigan cargando a la tarjeta de la persona que me lo regalo. Es indignante ya que no se puede dar de baja, ya que te cobran la suscripción el dia 1 y para dar te baja tienes que recibir la cajita y no se activa la opción de para dessuscribirse.

Birchbox overcharged me for my monthly subscription and charged me additional shipping, causing an overdraft at my bank. While they were "terribly sorry" Birchbox took absolutely no responsibility for their error. I had to cancel my subscription in order to get a refund for the product overcharge and additional shipping charge (which they refunded) and the bank fee (which they did not.) Birchbox expects it's customers to eat the financial repercussions of It's staff errors. Just another greedy company out to a screw It's subscribers out of every last dollar. Sad.

Total scam. They automatically renew your prepaid boxes. They don't have a cancel button on their website nor a way to unsubscribe from it. You have to call them or email them. And they have the worst customer service. Not worth it!

I have been a customer with Birchbox for a few years and I really didn't have any issues until recently. A while back I had asked them to stop the automatic charge on my debit card and they agreed. Last year I ordered a 6 month package instead of the 1 year and when 6 months was up they charged my card. I was not expecting the charge because of the previous agreement and it overdrew my checking account and cost me a fee. I messaged with a rep and she told me she did see where they agreed to not charge my account , but since I switched to a 6 month package, they charged my account. I got a lot of "apologies", but that was it. They did not care one bit. There was absolutely no effort on their part to rectify the situation. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will be going with another company.

Absolute rubbish can't believe they are just tiny samples and nothing special at all really not worth it chances are these company's are giving them to birchbox for pennies and they are making a lot of money from them

MÉDIOCRE !! A FUIR ABSOLUMENT. Je passe commande auprès de leur service le 9/02 ( ORD-4013316) qui est envoyé via colissimo le 11/02. Jusqu’ici tout va bien. Sauf que mon colis reste bloqué plusieurs jours au centre de distribution pour des raisons totalement inconnues. Je les contacte afin de demander des explications sur ce retard il m’est gentiment dit de patienter sachant que j’ai passé d’autres commandes sur d’autres sites qui travaillent avec colissimo et j’ai déjà reçu mes colis avant celui-ci. Je patiente comme demandé et je constate avec stupéfaction que mon colis est indiqué comme livré le 18/02 alors QUE JE N’AI ABSOLUMENT RIEN. En les appelant on m’invite à voir avec la poste( qui m’a envoyé balader) et sinon d’envoyer un courrier. Donc le client est déjà pénalisé et doit perdre son temps à faire un courrier sûrement en recommandé pour qu’on traite sa demande. Je ne reçois pas mon colis et dois payer pour un recommander et faire des démarches ? C’est Inadmissible. Si je ne reçois pas commande ou un remboursement j’entamerai des procédures et croyez moi que je ne vous lâcherai pas. Il s’agit d’une question de principe. Mes amies se sont déjà désabonnés de votre arnaque.
