Wish there was no minimum on free shipping. Wish I didn't have to watch a video to find out about the upcoming monthly sample options. Products I've wanted to order with a time sensitive discount code not in stock. Wish there were more detailed sub categories within a category search ( ex: eye cream/ specific products for firming, etc...) But the positives: love the assortment, brands offered, no brand restrictions when discounts are offered (vs other sites!), great customer service, affordable monthly subscription, love the rewards program.

I never had any issues w customer service, just decided the sample choices were not for me.

Boxes started good, but they have been going downhill & samples are smaller.

I love the idea of birchbox! I love Gering samples to try every month. One thing I would like is to be able to not get items I'll never use. Some beauty items I just don't use and don't want samples of, but other than that I enjoy the samples and often become addicted to the product and purchase it.

I absolutely LOVE Birchbox!! It is far better than other beauty subscriptions I've had in the past. They give better samples and the points system is amazing!! There are so many great deals going on usually too!

Out of all the monthly make up sample deliveries birchbox is the best.

I really didn't know what to expect when I subscribed to Birchbox, but I am very happy with this service. I am always excited when my Birchbox arrives, and have discovered some wonderful products, that I have purchased, and now use as part of my beauty regime. I am typically pleased with at least 80 % of the samples I receive, and wish I had the funds to purchase more of them. I did have a problem with an order I placed, doubling, and it appeared I ordered two of the same product, separately, at the same time. I immediately contacted customer service who resolved the issue quickly, and correctly, with a pleasant, helpful attitude. I've really enjoyed my Birchbox experience!
