I ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock, that was disappointing. I wish it had shown up as out of stock when I placed the order. I was offered 10% off a future order but it had to be placed in 30 days and I had just ordered everything I wanted on the first order.

Overall I love the monthly boxes but I have had some trouble with fanged items then I'm told they will replace and it never gets to me. Just recently I ordered s eyeliner and it wasn't in my box when it came it was an order not my monthly box . Talked to info@birchbox said they would replace but never got the item. Too much trouble to contact customer service !

I enjoy my Birchbox subscription, however, I feel like I get the same kind of products repeatedly. And the brands vary only slightly. I get the same brands over and over, though the product may be slightly different. Birchbox has a plethora of beauty products and yet I rarely get anything other than hair or skin care items. I have changed my profile many times, even my age, just to see if I'd get other items, to no avail. One thing I do like a lot is the opportunity to choose the guest editor box. I've gotten those several times. If I could change one thing about Birchbox it would be open sample choices all the time. That is, that they would allow the subscribers to choose all five of their samples. I think a great incentive for Birchbox subscribers to become Aces would be to include one free additional sample choice quarterly. Thank you.

I bought very expensive earrings from you and they look nothing like what the ap pictured. I bought earring jackets and they always fit just right. This eating jacket photo is extremely misleading. It's impossible to put the things on. And they look super weird. Use a real model please.

There have been a few issues lately with broken items in my monthly box and item missing from the Luxe Limited Edition box, but it is always sorted out eventually. Hopefully, things get back to the normal stellar quality again soon.

These sample products are nice for some people, but would never use many of these items for myself. It was a nice idea but the selection for each monthly box was never what I would even consider trying or when I went to pick my box, it was all sold out. Not worth the price per box unless I could specifically select 5 or 6 items that I would actually use. Gave so many items away so would not have my daughter repurchase as a gift again for me. Sorry.

The customer service is good, once you've waited entirely too long for someone to get back to you. Responses taking longer than 24 hours are no longer acceptable in our age of technology. Birchbox needs to address their issue of several day lag times in dealing with issues.

While I enjoy opening that box like its Christmas, I generally only like one of the samples. The lip colors are so bright not even my daughters want them. I have gotten so many hair products that I will never use and some samples are so tiny they get lost immediately. But there are some hidden gems and I guess that is what keeps me waiting every month for that box.
