It was so much fun to look forward to the magic box every month, & for the most part, the samples were awesome. But I had shipping problems most months, & ultimately was never able to choose my samples or box, or my choices somehow vanished, & I got something else. They were always happy to send another box, or different choices, but for me to stay, I needed solutions, not bandaids. I may try again. It really was fun, & I got a friend & her daughter hooked.

The products are great! The customer service is decent.

there was some confusion becauseyou can't have 2 birchboxes sent to the same address with the same email which is very strange and we needed to fix this problem as my daughters were each given a subscription as a gift. we stopped getting one of the gifts. disappointed that something so common caused a disruption in service some of the items were a bit too small

My daughter signed me up for 3 months last year. I liked it so much I purchased a yearly subscription and a few other items. I quickly be a member of the Aces Club. Unfortunately, since then, I have not been able to take advantage of any of the perks promised to me. On several occasions the bonus shop is sold out of items and the only thing they send is 2 small samples. Yes they are nice but I expected and was promised so much more. I have placed orders and went to the bonus shop to get a free gift, the first time they just didn't send it and when I called them about it they sent me two more little samples instead of the lovely full size body wash I was supposed to get with my perfume purchase. Another time they didn't send my bonus samples at all. I have not been offered the free 2 day shipping until this most recent order, in which they confirmed my 2 day shipping, but then sent it ground. I first received an email saying it would be here on December 1st, then today it suddenly changed and was sent ground and will not get here until December 4th. I placed a very large order and gave 3 gift subscriptions and now I am concerned my friends will be as frustrated as I am.

I still love the idea of Birchbox but the products now seem on the cheap side and often times when I find something I like you no longer carry it. What is with that? Selection for full size products seems very limited.

Birch box is great. I love the points/rewards system. I do wish there were more name brands to choose from. My biggest complaint is it takes way to long to receive my orders. 2 weeks! I can usually just make it to Sephora before I can get my order. And I live 100 miles from the closest Sephora! I would defiantly buy more from Birchbox if I could get my stuff faster. Also the first order placed arrived with the box so damaged it looked like someone went through it. I can't help but wonder if it is because of the cheap way Birchbox ships product. Change up to Priority shipping! You are a "shipping" type company after all. Your shipping makes you look cheap, unprofessional and unconcerned about your customers. Sephora and Ulta ship priority so why wouldn't I just order from them? By the way, an order I placed almost 2 weeks ago has still not arrived!

Service was quick and they answered my question. But unfortunately I still have not received the refun in my account from said item I returned. They did take birchbox points away but my account does not show a anywhere that I received a credit. Candace

It wiould be nice tot talk to someone on the phone or have my questions answer alor faster Sometime I cannot find my acct pt's when I am in my acct I been with birchbox over a year and really enjoy trying new product The customer service is very helpful
