Initially ordering beware of "special" price! Initial order Jan 2026, I took the "special" price for several bottles, to give a trial, since I didn't expect miracles in a month. UNFORTUNATELY, what I didn't know, this also signed up for a "subscription" with AUTOMATIC REFILLS. So surprised, when USPS delivered a new order of gummies, that I DID NOT ORDER. When I called customer service, I was told, due to the "special" pricing, the product cannot be returned BUT, they will cancel my subscription. COSTLY error at an $248, which I didn't want or use. The initial order did not work and I tossed the remaining 3 bottles. I also, found they can be ordered at the "special" price on Amazon. SO, if you want try, order from Amazon - ONE bottle for a trial without the "shady" recurring subscription. I LEARNED A COSTLY LESSON on a product that doesn't work.

I agree with these reviews. I ordered a free bottle. They sent 5 and charged 130.00. When I called, a representative said they would refund 1/2, and the balance would be refunded upon return. I sent the package back unopened almost three weeks ago. Still no refund. I've emailed and called every day, no answer, just leave a message!! A SCAM!!

When I placed my order it showed up with an extra bottle that I did not want at an extra charge of $89. I immediacy called 833-724-7040 to report it and adjust my order -- after a frustrating conversation with someone who was unwilling to adjust my order to the original amount I desired (not difficult) she continued to try and sell me product at different prices and was unwilling to acknowledge that I did not want other than the 3 bottles + 2 free of Biovera gummies that I originally ordered--finally after much churning and the customer service person continuing to ignore my request/question - how can I get this back to my original order - I asked for her to cancel my order -- of which she was not willing to do --- this totally felt like a scam and when I told her so, she was like a computer continuing to try and adjust my order but with other products. SCAM
