Chris was so helpful. I thought I was calling just to get information about Bio One but I received an education not only about what to purchase for my septic system but also the products I should use daily inside my home to create a healthy environment. Thanks Chris for your great service concerning my order. I have been using your product for approximately thirty years. In that time frame I have experienced one issue with my septic system and it was not due to your product. I had to replace a damaged pipe that joined two tanks together. In order to replace the damaged pipe I had to get my system pumped out. The service man pumping the tanks commented on how clear the water was in the tanks and how clean the system still looked. It was due to the Bio Safe One that I was using. There were four individuals in my household that depended on this system. The system received plenty of use. It's been 16 years since I first purchased Bio-Safe One for our septic tank, and their dedication to customer satisfaction hasn't diminshed one bit. Indeed Bio-Safe One products saved our septic system and saved us thousands of dollars it would've cost to build a new Leech Field. Chris, spent many phone calls counseling me right from the start, and I still call him with questions and asking for direction and he is always patient, and clearly the expert to call for accurate information about septic systems, and the most cost effective way to maintain them. Our septic system was built in 1978 and following Bio Safe One's maintenance program it is still working just like it was on the day it was built. If you have a house or business with a septic system, I strongly suggest you go with Bio Safe One, not only will your system work the way it was designed, you will also have peace of mind.

I have been using Bio-Safe One for the past ten or eleven years. I started using the product after having a failed septic system and suffering many many failed attempts to remedy the problem using the more expensive products sold at the local hardware stores. I have been a customer of BioSafeOne for over 10 years (I just looked up my original receipt). I first purchased from them in 2006, before moving into this house (built in the 1930's), because I was new to septic tanks and wanted to learn what they required. I found the information provided by this company so helpful in understanding the proper workings of and potential issues involved with septic systems as a whole. The products I initially purchased: B.O.S.S. individual powder packets for maintenance, BIO 112 liquid heavy sludge digester, when used correctly, prevented problems in my system and kept it functioning well for years. I am back to get help after neglecting proper maintenance for a couple of years now and I know my tank and leach field will be back in top shape in no time. This time around I am using more products from the Biosafe product line to help boost the power of the shock for my terribly sad system. The customer service department has also been extremely easy to work with and not judgmental despite my neglect. Using the BioSafe products as recommended is only one part of the solution. Learning which cleaning and grooming products to use that will not harm your septic system is another part of providing proper care for your entire system.
