Their purity is almost always well over 99%, and they are transitioning many of their products to net fill (meaning they account for losses in the lyophilisation process, so you get the full quantity advertised). They disclose batch numbers, which helps people who pool resources to test the products as a group. Customer service is efficient and no BS, which I appreciate. Shipping was fast considering it came from China, and everything arrived in good condition. No complaints.
