Takes way too long to get results. Then, when you get them, there is no way to decipher their meaning. Except via their professional consult. Which then takes forever to get (and I still haven’t even gotten almost three months later). I don’t even know if it will be worthwhile.

I’m am linking the probiotics to hair loss and boughts of diarrhea and constipation, excessive bloating also. These did not work for me at all. Within 2 days of stopping the probiotics, my hair loss stopped. I had extensive lab work reviewed and everything was fine per my doctor.

Hi Luis, I apologize for the confusion. I just checked into this for you and your results came in yesterday - which is 6 weeks after you sent it in. Our standard processing window is 4 to 6 weeks. However, we cannot release the results until you fill out the questionnaire. You should receive a reminder email from [email protected] today asking you to please fill out the questionnaire.
