Very poor communication and results time line. Always have to leave messages ! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It’s been 2 months since I sent my sample and I’m still waiting for “the lab” to finish! Very disappointed in the whole experience with this company.

I mailed my test in over 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive my results. Had I known this, I would not have made the purchase. Biohm does not do a good job of setting expectations on timeframe for results. In addition to this, I called the help line this week to check the status and received a voicemail during working hours. I have yet to receive a call back. It seems odd that you all are requesting a rating when you have not sent my results yet.

Sent in sample for testing - the enrolment website was not working, had to email people multiple times - they assured me they fixed everything. Haven't received the report. I did get the box of probiotics, no idea if they are any good or not. Wondering if the whole thing is a scam to sell supplements. Where's my report??????

I really love the idea of having my gut analyzed. Have two issues though: #1, this service takes FAR TOO LONG!! #2, I am still waiting on feedback from a nutritionist. The scientific results on their own are useless, totally impossible to understand and apply to my body.
