If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (minus a $5 restocking fee) for any unopened supplement product. The plastic seal on the outside of the container cannot be torn or tampered. Opened supplement product will receive a store credit for an equal value of your purchase. Hi Lynne! It sounds like you received one of our early generation 1 tests that did not include nutritionist recommendations. All tests now include complimentary written recommendations from our team of nutritionists that give you specific actionable recommendations based on your results. You also have the option to speak with a live nutritionist about your results. Regarding the time, several months ago we did have a few customers who experienced a slow down in test processing time due to a spike in the number of samples we received for testing. However since that time, our lab has added substantial additional testing capacity, and turnaround time is no longer an issue. That doesn't make it any less frustrating for you and the others who experienced the slow down, so if you could email us at [email protected] we'd like to figure out a way to make up for the slow timing you experienced. - BIOHM Health

Hi Joey. Several months ago we did have a few customers who experienced a slow down in test processing time due to a spike in the number of samples we received for testing. However since that time, our lab has added substantial additional testing capacity, and turnaround time is no longer an issue.
