I purchased the kit from BIOHM Health with high hopes. However, I sent the sample back more than two months ago and still haven't heard a thing. Very expensive for getting absolutely nothing back.

I sent my sample in weeks ago and have yet to hear back from you. No notification that you've received my sample; no estimate of time to process said sample. It's like I just sent my money into a blackhole. Absolutely horrible execution.

The results did not come in for 6 weeks and then couldn’t schedule for interpretation for another few weeks. Way to long! There are competitors that get the results earlier.
