Great products. My gut has improved and I'm feeling better.

I have been using the regular probiotics for close to a year now, taking them right before bed. I've tried others, recommended by naturopaths, doctors, refrigerate or not, etc, and these are the first that I have really discovered a change in my gut. I used to react randomly to foods where some days I could eat it with no reaction, and other days I react badly to the same thing, with no rhyme or reason. That has significantly improved 10 fold since taking the probiotics. I've even recommended them to several friends with finicky guts and all have had great response to them.
