I LOVE BIOHM probiotics. I have been taking them for 3.5 years now, and going a few days without them definitely makes a difference. I was having some pretty bad digestive issues / stomach upset prior to taking BIOHM probiotics, and I swear they fixed me within 1-2 weeks. I tried a few other probiotics prior to BIOHM, and I felt like they made things worse. I will never go back!

Biohm has changed my life. I didn’t have as much stomach and GI issues until after I had a baby, about 9 years ago. I have been taking the green from BIOHM for about 2 years now and I feel a a new women. My energy is back, I don’t get sick during flu season, I have less allergies during spring and best of all, my stomach feels allot less bloated. I must say BIOHM has been a game changer in my life. Ever since I started drinking them over 3 years ago my gut has been so happy. I really love the BIOHM product line. I enjoy the greens and best of all my family loves them too. We can even cook with them for those picky ones in the house, there’s always that one person that doesn’t want to drink them daily so in the recipe it goes. 😁 My family is getting ready to do the 7 day cleanse to start the new year off with a healthy gut.
