Seems like a good company, I am just finishing my first order of probiotics and will likely be ordering again. Especially interested in the probiotics with vitamin c for the coming flu season!

A few things: 1) Results took a long time and it wasn't clear it would take so long. Not that it's an issue but could be clearer it will take a while also maybe an email when you receive the sample would help too. 2) I thought I would get more actionable insights along with the results. Like some kind of analysis of the results with next steps.

Not knowing more about the details of the output report, I find that if I had not purchased the additional consult, I would not understand or be able to take any action on the report itself. I have the consult in a few days so may post a follow-up on quality of the consult itself.

I am using this product to repopulate the good bacteria in my gut after two emergency surgeries. I hope the high sweetness is not caused by added sugars. I wish it was not so sweet.

Originally I was displeased because I was not getting the results of my test kit. They are much better at responding if you call directly to get a status. They will contact you the very same day with an answer and request any information that is needed. Skip emailing or the live chat.

Was shipped quickly. Seems like a good product, feel better having taken. Not dramatically so but definitely better, and not harmful. Would be interested in continuing if a little more affordable but probably worth the price. Just not in my budget.

Customer service has been good. Just waiting a very long time for test results. Completed sample in late June. Received notice that I needed additional sample in mid July which I and back. In early August received notification that my sample had been received and was adequate but could be an additional six weeks for review and analysis. This seems like a very long time for total collection, testing and feedback
