My moms hot water tank broke and flooded her basement. After being dried out, I used a total of 12 room shocker's in a 1500 square foot area. Unfortunately the smell is still in her basement. It seemed like it was going to work in the beginning but failed to do so. Very unhappy considering the price of a room shocker and lack of success with it.

I followed every single step precisely, left in car (closed up in garage) for 26 hours, even did their "tips" at the end. The cigarette smell from previous owner is reduced some, but far from gone. Very disappointing.

Dear Customer Sometimes, on rare occasion, the amount of odor molecules is so great, that our product does not have enough ClO2 molecules to get rid of it all, in this case, all you need to do is contact our customer service department and they will have a second order shipped to you immediately at no charge so that you can finish off the odors. Feel free to call us at 877-792-4624 or write to [email protected]

One product worked great 5 star. the other product did not work. e-mailed them to let them now one product did not work and got no response at all. No friction on ordering I paid 40 bucks to have in two days! Would not order again or refer on product but the other I would for sure.

Please provide me with your order number and I will investigate this matter, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, so this seems out of character for my team, however, we are not perfect and sometimes issues get overlooked. I will make sure that your issues get taken care of immediately and to your full satisfaction.

I have tried the product twice and it did not work in either case. Both times the smoke smell returned in 2 days. I have a Toyota Highlander so the second time I put one cup of product in the front and put another cup in the back. Still smells of cigarette smoke.
