This reduced the smell but did not eliminate it. The odor was cigarettes covered by car air freshener. I can still smell the freshener.

Dear Customer, We have a 100% satisfaction policy, if it did not remove the odor completely, we will be glad to send you additional product for a second application or refund you your money.
