my home had an old house smell that i hated and then harvey caused it to flood. i set up 10 biocides carefully following the directions. the next day and two days later there is no change in the old house smell. i would expect maybe the smell of mold even though the sheetrock was removed two days after, but it still has the same smell of old house, not mold.

Dear Jeanne, Thank you for your review, and we are sorry that you are still having an issue. However, I would have to say that the main reason it hasn't worked is because of the flooding. Unless you took steps to dry the interior of the house with hot air blowers, it is still damp, but not noticeable to you. I would advise you to either rent the equipment to dry out the interior of have someone do and try the room shocker again, we would provide you with a replacement order at no charge to you.
