Purchased two orders and not happy with the results thus far - they did little to remove cat smell from two areas. Also, I sent two separate emails asking Biocides Systems to apply my coupon, which I forgot to do when I placed the order, and they did not. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied, first time customer!

We used 2 RV shockers in our 5th wheel. Our major issue was odor from cat urine in the bedroom. We used one treatment in the closed up bedroom and it helped but didn't remove the odor satisfactorily. The one in the living/kitchen area worked fine. We reordered and will re-shock the bedroom again. Hoping this will do the job.

I used the "Auto Shocker" in an old truck that had sat in a field for several years and as a result was lived in by field mice and possibly even a racoon or two. It was smelly. I cleaned up everything to the best of my ability, let it air out for many days and still a strong odor remained. I left the Auto Shocker locked in for 24 to work it's magic. I was floored by how well it worked! It eliminated 100% of the foul odor! However after several days of sitting in the sun with the windows up some scent has returned but it is much better than it was. Hence my 4 star review. It worked well enough I will probably spend the $30 on an additional treatment to see if it can get better!

easy to use and worked well

My husband and I bought a home that had a lingering smell of smoke. We googled how to get rid of it, and he Biocide Systems Home Bundle popped right up. We figured, what could it possibly hurt? So we set them up and leave the home for 24 hours. When we came back, most of the smell was gone but not quite all. They defiantly work on tough odors! But depending on the severity, you might need more than what is recommended per room. We would recommend these to anyone looking for an odor remover.
