It is a little confusing as how the product works, it eliminates odor caused by mold and mildew , but it doesn't say if it actually kills the mold. Haven't tried it yet but hope it actually kills the mold.

Product did not work -- used exactly as the directions say. we had 4 of them in a 725 square foot area spread to each room -- then put 3 in the open basement. I do have to say that this house is probably the worst you could get with dog urine everywhere, walls soaked into the hardwood down the vents and just plain nasty dirty. Actually would like to see if i can get money back .. -- So might work on little things but not big stinky stinks.... I did not see the protocol of the other application first -- just read it works on urine smells -- oh well going to try the other two elsewhere -- will keep you updated :)

I have a problem with the coupons. I put them in but they do not show in the checkout process. The last time I paid full price for an item that should have been 30% off. The last time I backed out completely without buying.

no real noticeable difference in basement mildew smell

In a new (to me) house, that had a sharp moldy spell, did the full treatment with 9 doses in a 2600 square foot house. Left for 48 hours. The smell didn't go away, but the sharpness in my nose was noticeably reduced, even a couple of weeks later. Same thing in a car with a similar problem. I have a sensitive nose and the smell doesn't even register for some folks. I never really found the source of the moldy smell, and the product doesn't claim to fix everything if the source isn't mitigated. Hopefully, I'll uncover the source during a remodel. If I did, I might retreat the house. So, I'm not unhappy, but I'm not thrilled. I might try this on another house with rodent smells, even if to get only a tiny improvement.

I though this was something you could set in a room and each time someone smoked it you take the smoke smell away. Did not explain that you need to set it up add water each time and leave then repeat each time you wanted to use it. Was not what I was looking for. the description needs to written better. Have not tried to return yet as just got so will see hoe that experience goes.

Hi, I would love to know if this product works, but I was very disappointed when I read the instructions telling me not to use it below 50 degrees. I purchased your product to use in my car, and since I do not have a heated garage, I am not able to use it until the temps come back up; This may take the rest of the winter and I am still unable to drive my car because of the smell. UGH!!!!

Followed directions to a tee, both auto and room. The "chemical" aroma was there during the process and remained for about two-days. After that it was as if I had done nothing at all. The original pet dander odors returned and I realized I had wasted my time and money.
