The smell was awful. Had to take it outside and open up all windows and it was cold outside.

I Paid for two day delivery. It took a week to get here. I would like my additional charge fully refunded.

Your product did NOT eliminate the skunk smell at all.

This product did not work to remove the odors from the apartment.

I used the Biocide product for an odor in a small closet. I followed instructions completely and took photos of the care I took to be sure the product worked. I waited 24 hours before opening the closet door. The odor is still there. I can not recommend this product.

They lied to me when I called about my shipment when it was supposed to have been delivered, so If they lie about that to me than they would lie about their product so I refused the package, and now ill never know if it really works or not!

I followed the directions perfectly. I kept my car out of direct sunlight. I left it in for 24 hours. I couldn't even smell any lessening of the odor in the rear of the vehicle (hatchback). It did not work at all.
