No sure this product worked. Need to be more specific with instructions and results.

I bought 5 kits for a 1500 square foot house. One of the bags exploded about 3 minutes after adding water. The smell is still prevalent in the house.I really thought this would work especially because the house was completely empty at the time we we gassed.

Well, my car has the previous smell of cigarettes and now, it's mixed with the odor of chlorine. I was so hopeful my car would smell better. However, this product was easy to use and dispose of.

I had a great experience in 2012 with skunk smell- so I ordered more when I needed to get rid of an overwhelming dog smell. They did not work this time at all. I am so disappointed after spending all this money - and the smell is just as bad. I am even more disappointed that when I wrote to the company I never received a response.

I purchased this item to remove an odor from the upstairs of our home. Unfortunately I realized when it arrived that we could not use it for the space that it was intended for. It is an open loft area and there is no way to fully seal it off. I attempted messaging the company, emailing the company and more and have received no response. I requested a refund and received no response. I had paid for expedited shipping in order to utilize this prior to an event in my home.

Unfortunately did not work, at all. Used 10 canisters in 48h for a 2-bedroom bungalow of 1100 sqft. Did no effect at all

Used product years ago and got rid of skunk smell in my house. This time I used 4 room shockers in my house to try and get rid of fire smell. House still smells like smoke, didn't really help!

I was optimistic this product would remove the cigarette smoke from a rental unit to prepare it to sell after reading about Biocide Systems and the reviews online. The tenant had lived in the unit a year, so the odor was pretty prevalent. After cleaning and using some other methods to try to rid the apartment of the odor, I purchased this product. I followed the instructions completely, leaving it to work for 24 hours in an empty, closed up unit. It may have helped a little, but I still smell the cigarette smoke and will probably have to give a carpet allowance to get it to sell. I was disappointed because I thought this was the answer to my issue. I doubt I would use this product again.
