I bought the room shocker it was not effective. Therefore, I bought the liquid shocker, the package busted in the water and the fumes of the product resulted in me having a terrible cough, with poison control directing me to go to the emergency department. I would not recommend this product, hire a professional because the cost my of ER visit isn’t worth it.

Don't work with this company. If you place an order and request a refund for products you didn't receive, they will not refund you! I have been waiting 6 months for my $2000 refund with excuses being given weekly from Spencer Blua and Gabriel Gualteros.

Absolutely did not work. Didn’t do anything towards the odor. I dumped the water on the product. It started to fizzle. I closed up the doors. 18 hours later…still had the odor at the same level of stench. Very disappointed!!

Disappointed. Now to see how this company addresses their guarantee. I purchased this product due to the below description AND GUARANTEE. Room Shocker did not rid my space of nasty smells...didn't even touch the odor. Each container covers 400 sf. The space I needed clean air was 1200 sf. I purchased 4 (1600 sf of cleaner) to do the job. AGAIN...didn't even touch the smell.... Didn't even lessen the smell. Guaranteed to work...did not work so how good is that guarantee. I ordered this product last Tuesday (8 days ago) and paid for priority shipping with tracking. It has not even been shipped yet and when I emailed the company I received no reply.

I have called for the past 2 days and have yet to get an answer, only that we will call you back. We have yet to receive the order that was placed almost 2 weeks ago..
