I just moved to Lakeview, Oregon from Portland six months ago. The city girl I am; I left the back door cracked for my cats to go in and out at night. Low and behold the neighborhood skunk decided to come in for a visit at 4:00 am. That rascal moseyed on down to the bedrooms. My dog startled the skunk and bam! The dog was sprayed in the face and ran all over the house not knowing what to do. Skunk stink flying everywhere!!! It was the most horrible smell I have ever been exposed to in my life! My eyes and lungs burned. The poor dog's eyes were watering and he was drooling worse than Pavlov's dog! Long story short, the next day as I was told to leave my office, because I smelled to awful to be at work; one of my co-workers told me about the Biocide products. I phoned Biocide panicked and looking for help. The staff was wonderful! Talked me though what I would need and then helped me to find the best price for overnight shipping to my little frontier town. I booked a hotel for the weekend. Set the products off through out the house. Loaded my dogs up in the car. Came back 24 hours later. What a relief. The only smell was faintly of chlorine, not even as strong as you'd find at the local indoor pool. I opened all the windows to the house for a couple of hours. Within a day or two, all was back to normal. Don't try all the internet concoctions, tomato juice, etc. Just call and the Biocide reps will help you figure it out. They are wonderful! This is an amazing product. Effective and easy to use! I even sought out the local True Value owner to ask him to carry the Biocide products.

We had a combination of cigarette smoke, feces and urine that needed to be eliminated from a house to have an estate sale. This system did the job. Initially the house was unbearable. The odor if truly gone now.

We have used both the spray and room shocker and love both. We had gotten rid of a really bad skunk odor from our rock cellar.

Does exactly what it claims to do.

Have used their products in an RV & a used car, worked great at eliminating odors! Will use again if needed. Well worth the cost.

Had a situation where the cigarette smoke smell was so bad they even tried to hide it by painting over the walls .it still worked . I'm happy.

Removed the residual smoke smell out of a car I purchased- I was skeptical since they say it can't be done, but it worked!
