Existing odor is significantly less, however not there is the odor of the Biocide treatment. Better but not great.

I probably had a severe problem with dog urine and crap on a wood floor. The company was very helpful when ever I called for advice. They even sent, at no cost, additional products to try and resolve the issue. It never totally got rid of the odor until we sanded the floor, stained it and recoated it with clear varnish.

Hi Guys It is probably my fault I took it out of the car after 5 hours. It was a really bad cigarette smell. If you want to send me another kit i would be willing to put it in for 24 hours.I would then be willing to put forth another review.

I tried using the room odor remover this past weekend in two rooms. One worked fine. The other packet disintegrated and little crystals went out on m dresser, clothes, bed and carpet. I called to see how it should safely be cleaned up. it took 3 days for someone to contact me about the problem. They offered to refund my money or replace the product. I elected to replace it and will report my experience. They did take the lot number to review the data.

Second time I have used Biocide in my car that I bought used. My car had a cigarette smell that seemed to get stronger the longer I owned it. I was impressed with the first one and I thought for sure the smell was gone but it wasn’t. So, I ordered the product again, bought all new air filters, took everything out as instructed but the smell is still lingering.

the first order came in 2 days, a reorder took a week don't know why..Product is great shipping time not so good... Manny

I used it in boat .. While it reduced the smell.a little . Didn't totally work . Damp Rid works . Just as well

The room still smelled like smoke and dog. The product did take away some of the smell in the room, but not all of the smell. We will probably end up taking up the carpet and pad underneath.
