The product could be the best thing ever, and I will know soon when I finally get to use them. The problem was getting to this point!! The deception of the people I was dealing with was rediculous, in professional etc. Even when I got aggravated ( which is putting it mildly), I was promised that some complementary product was being sent that day, it didn't happen! I hate there was not another company that had the same product. I own several companies, been in business 36 years, so when someone tells/ assures me something is taken care of, I believe what I'm told! Maybe that's a new concept, .......but it needs to be a requirement

I used the treatment in my bathroom overnight, which is about 120 square feet. The treatment did not remove the mildew odor and left a very strong smell in the room for about a week even with the window open all week. I ran an ozone machine in the room for two days and it still took another week before the odor was tolerable to my wife's smell sensitivity. I have not found the source of the mildew smell which may not even be in the bathroom but coming from somewhere else so to say the treatment does not work would be inaccurate.

I used two units, one after the other, following the instructions as included in the packaging. The mildew smell was not affected at all. I gave two stars because of prompt delivery and the fact that instructions were included.

I gave them two stars because it shipped relatively quickly. I bought the product to remove the smell of cigarette smoke out of the vehicle after getting the vehicle.
