My order did not ship for more than 2 weeks and I got no response via email or phone. However their products are great and worth waiting for. I just wish they had better customer support.

The company did just fine. I called because I had some questions and the young man was very helpful. However the product did not rid my 5th wheel of all the odor but it is much better. Thank you.

The room shockers don't seem as strong as my previous order of years ago. They worked but I didn't detect a strong chemical odor when I aired out the space.

Ten days after being delivered a PU truck i began have a dead animal smell, My mechanic found a dead, decomposed, maggot infused rat behind the back seat. The PU had less than 500 miles on it. I tried almost everything: coffee beans, other products on the internet. These helped but just didn't knock it out.. The odor was still in the vents. After Biocide Systems car shocker i was amazed. So amazed by the clean fresh (no artificial chemicals smell) change I want to treat my vehicles every 6 months.
