So excited to receive package, but as soon as I removed the packet from the container, the packaging ripped rendering the product unsafe for use.

Have used Biocide aerosol in past and it worked perfectly with zero residual odor. This product, "Room Shocker" was recommended for rooms "up tp 400 square feet", and was deployed in a 1500+ square foot basement apartment. After 48 hours, then several hours of open door/window ventilation, the STRONG chlorine odor is persistent. It even found its way to the upstairs apartment as well. As I write this review, I feel like I'm standing over a swimming pool. I do not recommend!

I ordered the product on a Wednesday and received am email that same day that is was shipped. I paid for 2-day shipping but didn't receive the product until the following Tuesday. That's six days, not two.

Something included in the usage instructions included with the product was that it would be ineffective if used when the temperature was under 50 degrees fahrenheit. This was not included in the usage instructions on the web site, or anywhere else which discussed the use of the product prior to me purchasing it. It was winter when we bought the car we needed to get the smell out of, and while we had a fairly warm day, it was only above 50 for about 5 or 6 hours, and so the product did not work at all. I am willing to believe that it was because we used it outside of the parameters it was designed for, but the company ought to ensure that this is mentioned on the web site which they buying public would use to consider whether to purchase or not.

Did not remove the mildew odor as anticipated by the ads and testimonials. Followed all instructions to the letter.

It worked for a couple of days and then the smell came back Not sure if I should try it again?

We were so hopeful this product would work. Our (new) used car has a strong air fresher smell that makes our daughter sick and gives us a headache. The smell is still there after using the bomb :(

I didnt realize the house had to be empty of people to use this product, My mother smokes and cant leave the house. i wanted it to get rid of the smoke odor in everything in the house. very bummed I will have to return it.
