Dear Jessica, I have looked into your complaint, what I see is that the refund was processed on 4/26/17 from our website, but I did not see it through our merchant processor. I have a call into our merchant processor to find out what happened. In the meantime I'm sending you a screen shot to your personal email, showing when we processed the refund.
