Dear Anna, Your order was placed on the afternoon of 11/27 therefore it shipped the next day 11/27. When your order shipped, and email was sent to you with the tracking information and a link from USPS where you could have checked the status of your package, or you could have called us to check on it. In the tracking on the USPS website, it shows that the order was picked up on 11/27 and was in transit for several days but has no explanation as to why there was a delay, unfortunately we cannot control what the USPS does, but we can issue you a refund for the shipping only as it show that you received your product yesterday 12/6. You description is very puzzling as smoke odor is one of the odors our product works best on as seen in the many positive reviews issued before you. However, sometimes there are variables that are unknown to us that can cause our products not to work. Dear Customer, We definitely stand behind our product and will honor our guarantee. We can either send you a second unit to use on your car, or we can issue you a refund. However, we sell this to literally thousands of detailers and auto dealers across the USA with great success, so it is a bit puzzling as to why it did not work for you. Dear Richard, I'm sorry to hear that our product did not work to your satisfaction, but I suspect that the reason it did not work is that you problem is an external odor source, your bumper. So you can use an Auto Shocker inside your car, but the odor is coming from the outside and continues to seep into the car. Dear Tom, I am sorry our product was not able to solve your odor issue. However, I researched your claim in regards to our "Full Guarantee" as you mentioned, and I have found no records of your claim. In order to initiate the guarantee you have to send an email to [email protected] referencing your order number and issue, but I have found not evidence of an email ever received by us or an notes in our systems that a call was received. Dear Customer, We just received you review, but we have been unable to locate your information in our systems as this review was entered outside of our process. We take great price in responding to all emails from our customers good or bad. We offer a money back guarantee because we know our product works as long as it is used as instructed. Since you mentioned you used it in a garage I would like to mention that we always discourage using the Room Shocker in a garage since there is no way to truly seal the room. Garage doors always have gaps that allow air to flow in and out, and that would cause the ClO2 vapor to escape. For a garage we always recommend our liquid shocker. Based on all our positive reviews it is fair to say that our products work as long as they are use properly and in the right environment. Dear Sherry, I am very sorry for the confusion, I have looked through our mail records for your email address and have found no emails from you, and I also looked out our cal center and did not see any voicemails from your either unless you used a different number that the one you used for the order.
