Dear Mr Bailey, Per our instructions, we advise against using the Room Shocker in a garage. Normally garages have a lot of ventilation due to safety reason, to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning, therefore the ClO2 tase is rendered ineffective as it leaks through the ventilation. For garages we usually recommend using out Liquid Shocker. We do have a money back guarantee, so please feel free to contact us to get your refund or a replacement unit. Dear Mr Noll, Per our records, you placed your order on 10/03/18, and received it on Friday 10/05/18. We do not have any emails from you over thew weekend, and even though Monday was a Holiday, one of our customer service reps was able to answer your call. On Tuesday, this issue was addressed, and a complete order was shipped to you today, one day after we were made aware of your issue. I understand that you are upset that your order was incomplete, but I don't think we could have responded to this any faster than what we did, perhaps the Holiday was what pushed things out a bit.
